Dear Duniyawaalo (People of the World),
Today on this wonderful day at my home in Chicago, I am filled with immense gratitude for the incredible opportunities, abundant resources and unparalleled freedom this great nation of the USA has bestowed upon me and my family. It has offered us a life that is rich, fulfilling and deeply meaningful.
Born and raised in India, my journey led me to the United States in my late twenties, and in 2010 I became a proud citizen of the USA, a milestone that I hold close to my heart. Since then, the USA has been a beacon of hope, a land of dreams where I have been able to flourish and embrace the true essence of a diverse and inclusive society.
The USA has been a generous provider of a vast array of resources at my disposal. From world-class educational institutions to state-of-the-art infrastructure, this country has provided me with an environment conducive to personal and professional growth.
The USA’s commitment to education and innovation has nurtured my intellectual curiosity, allowing me to thrive and continually evolve. This has empowered me to pursue my passion for life-long learning, opening doors to new horizons and expanding my understanding of the world.
One of the most invaluable gifts that the USA has offered me is the freedom to be myself. The liberty to express my thoughts, make my own decisions and to unabashedly be my authentic self is a virtue that I deeply cherish. It is this freedom that has allowed me to embark on a journey of self-discovery and to carve out my own path, enabling me to weave my dreams into the fabric of reality.
Living in the USA, I have had the privilege of being part of a diverse culture, woven together to create a vibrant and inclusive society. I have been able to engage with people from all walks of life, learning from their experiences, and building bridges of understanding and empathy. These interactions have fueled my mission to inspire others, encourage them to embrace healthy and mindful living, and enable them to scale new heights of personal success.
The USA has not only provided me with the wings to soar, but also instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility to pay it forward by being the change, and to use my freedom for the betterment of myself and the lives of others.
To the land of the free and the home of the brave - Thank you, USA.
