Embracing Gratitude for the Role Fitbit Tracker Plays in my Fitness Journey

Dear Duniyawaalo (People of the World),
Today on this wonderful day, I am grateful for my Fitbit (Charge) fitness tracker that has revolutionized the way I monitor and analyze my workouts, especially around my running. It has become an indispensable part of my fitness journey and plays a pivotal role in motivating me to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle.
Prioritizing health and fitness in today’s fast-paced world can be challenging. It’s all the more reason that all the tools and technology available at our disposal play a vital role in helping everyone, including myself, to achieve our fitness goals. I was specifically looking for a wearable tracker that was light-weight, had a minimalistic design and a fitness-centered approach. Fitbit fit the bill perfectly.
Fitbit tracker analyzes and presents data in a clear and concise manner, thereby allowing me to review my progress and identify areas where I can make adjustments and improvements. This instant access to information about my performance empowers me to stay motivated, consistent, accountable and engaged.
It is really amazing to see all the array of data that Fitbit tracks, like daily movement, heart rate, calories burnt, and sleep quality. For me personally, the tracking features provided for running have been particularly helpful. It allows me to track my distance, pace, and time while running. It has enabled me to set higher goals and push myself further.
One of the really cool features that I used extensively was the weekly step challenges with my friends. We were all in our small little world focussed purely only on fitness where we encouraged each other and celebrated our wins every week. It’s a shame that the feature completely went away once Google acquired Fitbit.
Staying fit and healthy is an integral part of our lives and I am grateful that I have an ultimate companion in Fitbit that is always besides me encouraging me to lead a healthier and more mindful living.
